I decided to become a hypnotherapist after seeking help for a few personal problems through hypnotherapy.
It was during a course of hypnotherapy that I witnessed at first hand just what hypnotism can do. I enrolled on the course following an anxious episode in my personal life that left me lacking confidence and self-esteem. These sessions changed my life, and it was at this time that I settled upon a much needed career change and set upon the path to become a qualified hypnotherapist. First and foremost, it was my desire to help others that lead to my becoming a qualified hypnotherapist.
I first became interested in nutrition in my mid-teens following a battle with weight that lasted throughout my adolescence. In those days healthy eating was not high on my list of priorities and when I look back now I often feel shocked by the degree to which I neglected myself physically.
Upon leaving school I decided that enough was enough and implemented some much needed changes to my diet. During my mid to late twenties I read widely on the subject of food and healthy eating, and three years ago I received my qualification in nutrition. I am now a fully certified Hypnotherapy and Nutritional practitioner and I am also qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Stress Management.
I completed my studies with the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis and the BSY Group. These qualifications are further accredited by the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary & National Healthcare Council (CNHC).
