As a qualified hypnotherapist, I use a variety of techniques based around hypnosis and psychotherapy.  Neuro-linguistic programming, basic CBT, energy psychology and stress management when brought in to a hypnotherapy session, can offer individuals that extra tool they need in order to help them over come their issues and fears.  Each client is treated individually and all sessions will be tailor-made to them in order to achieve the best results.

I offer help, advice and support with a range of issues.  These include bereavement, confidence and self-esteem building, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and fears, OCD's, addictions, sports performance, IBS and many more.  Due to my qualifications and experience in nutrition, I also offer advice on achieving a healthier lifestyle, losing weight and weight management support, while using hypnotherapy to achieve your weight loss goals. There are weight loss programmes and gastric band hypnosis available too.

Self-esteem & Confidence Building Sessions

The word self-esteem means the belief you have about yourself - what you think about the person you are, your abilities, the positive and negative things about you and what you expect for yourself and your future.  If you have a healthy self-esteem, your beliefs about yourself will usually be positive.  You may experience some difficulties in life, but you will generally be able to deal with these without them having too much of a long term negative effect.  If you have low self-esteem, your beliefs about yourself will generally be negative.  You will tend to focus on your weaknesses or mistakes that you have made, and may find it hard to recognise the positive parts of your personality.  You may also blame yourself for any difficulties or failures that you have experienced. 

My Self-Esteem & Confidence Building Sessions will help you to feel more positive about yourself both mentally and physically, lifting your mood and making you feel much calmer and more relaxed in every day life.  They will give you the motivation and determination to achieve what you truly desire and help you to look to the future instead of dwelling on the past.  Just one to two session will be beneficial to most people.  I believe everyone could do with a boost.  Even the strongest of people have their moments of self-doubt.
