Are you aware of the positive impact that food and exercise can have on your health and well-being?

Nutrition is the use of good wholesome foods in order to nourish your body and mind. A healthy balanced diet and regular exercise will help you to stay healthy and live your life to the full.

As Gillian McKeith once said, 'You are what you eat.' Everything that we consume, whether it is food or drink, affects how your body and mind function on a day to day basis. As we go through life, our body's needs and requirements change. Depending on how we live, our nutritional needs will alter along with our body.

You are unique!  There is nobody in the world like you!

This is why no one specific diet is ideal for every individual. Nutrition is not a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. Each person has different requirements and needs based on varying factors. For example, in the way that our bodies are constructed, their age, gender, lifestyle, the level of activity that we participate in and genes, to name but a few, are all contributing factors to who we are.

Here at Hannah Oates Therapy, I can guide you to your full life potential by designing an eating plan that is specifically tailored to your needs. The plan will be realistic and will easily fit into your lifestyle. It will take into account your food likes and dislikes while also taking into consideration the time you have available to spend on preparing, cooking meals and exercise.

Many chronic diseases, ailments or conditions including constipation, high or low blood pressure, stress, allergies and food intolerances, weight gain, arthritis, eczema, heart disease and migraines, may be improved by making simple changes to your diet. Food is a very powerful healer and if the body and mind are provided with the correct nutrients from good wholesome food, some conditions may subside or their symptoms be reduced significantly.

Should you wish to discuss nutrition further or feel that you may still have some unanswered questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

By making contact you have taken a big step in the right direction and are well on the way to overcoming your nutritional problems and worries. If I am not free to take your call please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I become available.
